About Albasim
Albasim is a research group at the School of Business and Engineering Vaud, Switzerland. IT specialises in learning using Simulation tools.
InfocareerTM has partnered with Albasim to bring Project Management Simulation software and simplify learning for Project Manager aspirants.
The Process
Participants take on the role of a Project Manager and execute a full project using the simulation on Albasim. They manage all the phases of the virtual project from Project Inception to Project closure
The process helps the participants in integrated learning be combining team work and role plays using a simulation tool. Throughout the lifecycle execution, participants projects are monitored for their process and outcome on Schedule adherence, Cost Controls, Quality of processes and decisions, User satisfaction and Management satisfaction with the process.
The simulation presents the participant with a scenario of what needs to be executed as part of the project. The participant uses the scenario to take the project through the complete cycle of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control and Project Closure.
